The FCA apology

As recommended by the Complaints Commissioner,  the Financial Conduct Authority have now sent me an apology. This is for their failure over 3 years to take any action on my report of £1bn fraud by HSBC and their collusion with the bank to cover-up the fraud. Usually when a complaint is upheld an ex gratia payment is made to the complainant. Not in my case, apparently.
