Extraordinary FCA appointments

Following my complaint the Complaints Commissioner about FCA failure to act on my report of HSBC fraud the FCA have agreed to reopen their investigation. I had also made a complaint about John Lewis Financial Services Limited (a subsidiary of HSBC). So in theory the FCA are investigating HSBC and John Lewis Financial Services.

Apart from the obvious dismay that a banker, Andrew Bailey, has been appointed the new CEO, imagine my horror when it was announced today that 2 new appointees to the Board of Directors come from John Lewis and HSBC. (The Financial Times have written about this)
