Group action

From November 2011 to May 2012 I was employed by leading human rights firm Leigh Day & Co as a consultant, to prepare a group action against the bank, to reclaim the millions of pounds consumers had wrongfully paid to the bank/solicitors. However, because of a conflict of interest which arose we were unable proceed with the claim. A leading barrister from Blackstone Chambers advised us there were six potential causes of action against the bank.

I am still pursuing the possibility of a group action if I can find any solicitors without a conflict,  or to help people individually to recover the charges.
