Psychiatric report

After I had a period off from work with stress, caused by my complaints about the unlawful contract not being taken seriously, all my work being transferred to another office and the team I had recruited to work with me being made redundant on one day’s notice,  I told my firm that I was ready to return to work. They insisted that I underwent a psychiatric assessment and sent me to a Dr David Gill, a Consultant Psychiatrist in Harley Street. (I have been told this is common in whistle-blowing cases.)  I attended the appointment on 6 February 2006, the report is dated 7 February 2006 and the psychiatrist informed me that he had sent the report to my employer the day it was made. My employer denied receiving it for three months. Presumably because in answer to their question to the psychiatrist “Is Nick competent at this time to be giving complex advice to clients?” he answered as follows...

This is presumably not what they were hoping he would say about someone who constantly complained about them acting unlawfully. Although, in the course of what has happened in the past 6 years I have often doubted my sanity.
