I have today went this email to Paul Kavanagh, a solicitor at HSBC following previous correspondence shown on this blog. Any response will be posted.
Dear Mr Kavanagh
I refer to my two emails of 15 November to which you have not yet replied.
This issue has cost me my livelihood, has occupied me for 10 years and is likely, soon, to cost me my home. I would be obliged if you would have the courtesy to properly address the issues raised. I consider, along with many other people, that matters of widespread fraud by a major bank is a grave matter and should be given your proper attention.
