FoI to FCA

Today I made the following Freedom of Information request to the Financial Conduct Authority which is self-explantory. Any response will be posted here.

Dear sirs

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act for details of what the authority has done in terms of investigating a complaint I made against HSBC in December 2012. It is recorded under your reference 3301.

Since I have heard absolutely nothing from you since my report I would like information on what action has been taken i.e. How many letters and phone calls have been made in relation to the complaint. How many meetings have been held and details of all contact that has been made with HSBC, Restons solicitors or Weightmans solicitors.

I look forward to receiving this information within the statutory period.

Yours faithfully
Nicholas Wilson
