Letter from the FCA

I have today received a letter from the FCA following my meeting with them on 4 July.

The letter simply confirms what they said in the meeting, which was that they have not properly investigated the HSBC fraud. They said in the meeting that they couldn’t even say if they had contacted the Solicitors Regulation Authority, which would be the first place to begin investigations.

This pie chart illustrates how much further they have to go.

Following their letter is my reply and the recording of the meeting.
