FCA completely disinterested in HSBC fraud

SNP MP George Kerevan of the Treasury Select Committee questioned the Financial Conduct Authority further, following his previous questions, about the HSBC fraud:

And here, the Chairman of the FCA, John Griffith-Jones says that  “unfortunately”  the Complaints Commissioner found against the FCA. So unfortunate in fact that the first thing the FCA did after the ruling was appoint directors from HSBC and John Lewis to their board, the two companies they are supposed to be investigating. But it’s not unfortunate 5-600,000 people were defrauded £1bn by HSBC/HFC apparently:
