The Legal Services Board are supposed to regulate the Solicitors Regulation Authority. I reported the SRA to them for their failure to act on my report of Restons’ fraud. The LSB wrote to the SRA and asked if they had carried out a proper investigation. The SRA said yes, so no further action was taken. Despite the fact that I had evidence that Restons were carrying out the same fraud because Weightmans, another legal firm, had said so at my mediation hearing with them, to justify their own behaviour.
