The Ministry of Justice keeps a record of all County Court Judgments. They are administered by a company called Registry Trust.

County Court judgments are supposed to be public domain information. I asked for the data that related to the illegal charges so that I could contact people and get the money back for them. The MoJ refused me access to the data so I had to take them to court. I lost, even though their refusal is in breach of EU regulations. Here are the (boring) details.
